🤩The last few weeks have seen us completing a couple of smaller projects that make a big difference to your home and the way you live🤩

We installed two Velux windows to add more natural light into a beautiful dining room.

📍🏡 Kingshill
We removed a rotten flat roof and replaced it with a new pitched timber roof, complimented with Double Roman tiles and new uPVC fascia. .

I think you will agree, some small changes are totally worth while

🤩We’re excited to share this one as we finish off the week – another project we’re incredibly proud of here at Cotswold Construction🤩

This stunning double-storey extension, complete with a brand-new en-suite and downstairs WC, has been finished in a beautiful cream Oslo render, giving it a timeless and elegant finish.

The black windows and doors perfectly complement the beautiful oak internal features, while the stainless steel switches and sockets complete the home with a clean, modern feel.

Most importantly, we’ve created a space where this family can enjoy many years of making memories together. It’s been a pleasure bringing their vision to life.

🏡 Sometimes it’s the small, simplest jobs that make the biggest difference to the way we live.

You may remember we knocked down this old, unused extension due to subsidence. We’ve now transformed this unused corner of the garage into a practical new washing and drying area.

🔨 Works completed:
✅ New walls built using the existing stone
✅ New Bath stone copings with a rubber roof finish
✅ New white uPVC personnel door fitted
✅ Plasterboard finish throughout
✅ New electrics and consumer unit installed
✅ New closed board fencing

A great example of turning an unused space into something practical and useful.

It’s looking absolutely stunning inside and out, and we can’t wait to share the finished result with you!

This week has seen us finishing off a few of the smaller jobs we regularly get asked to do, while also getting started on a new project.

We’ve begun dismantling this extension, which has suffered from subsidence, ready for us to start the main works next week.

🏡 Porch canopy completed and attached to our current project.

📍Queen Elizabeth Road – Porch Update

This porch project is progressing nicely and really starting to take shape.

✅ Masonry complete
✅ Traditional cut roof
✅ Double Roman roof tiles installed
✅ UPVC fascia and soffits fitted
✅ Composite door and side screen installed
✅ Block paving reinstated

As we prepare this one for plastering and screeding this week, we’ll be heading back to 📍Golden Farm Road to complete the second fix works and bring that project to a close over the coming weeks.

Great progress across both sites, and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished results soon

We were incredibly proud to sponsor the Friends of Watermoor - FOW Colour Run this weekend and support such a fantastic event.

Seeing so many children laughing, running, and covered head to toe in colour was absolutely brilliant. The energy, smiles, and sense of community made it such a special day for everyone involved.

At Cotswold Construction Specialists Ltd, we love being able to support local events that bring people together and create happy memories for families and children. A huge well done to everyone who organised the event, especially Jessica Waters and Becca Tree, and to all the amazing participants who made the day so much fun!
