Thermally upgrading floors and walls ready for a cold wet winter.
Joists , wall plates and floorboards replaced incorporating 100mm polyurethane insulation.
Timbers isolated away from damp masonry with DPC, air bricks cleared around the building.
Walls cavity membraned and insulated , plaster skimmed and skirtings fitted.

An interesting topic for our Industry, especially at a time when keeping our homes warm and preventing heat loss is so important with such high heating bills.

There are some important factors to consider however before installing spray foam loft insulation, and we recommend an inspection of the roof space before it is installed.

A very detailed and informative course provided by the PCA that we attended, addressing the issues within the spray foam industry.
