Tendring Telecoms & Security Systems Ltd are seeking a new admin assistant to join our highly skilled team.

You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and organisation skills to primarily co ordinate appointments with customers and organise jobs into an engineers schedule.

You will be computer literate and familiar with MSoffice software.
Full training will be given on our bespoke office systems.

Other duties will include looking after our Stock Returns system, general office duties and dealing with customer enquiries.

Hours are aprox 30-40 a week. Flexible start times (to be agreed) 17.00 finishes will be required.

Previous Experience of working within a Security Systems provider is preferred but not essential.

You will be working in a fast paced office environment, you will need to be a proactive, self motivated, problem solver & a team player.

This time next week we’ll be heading to the first race of the season!

This year’s plans: CSCC BMW Championship, CSCC Slicks Series, and CSCC New Millennium Series. Maybe a round or two of GT Cup or BEC if anyone turns up in our class to race against!
