Little fit out for a garden studio. With low ceilings, a small space between ceiling and roof and good quality lights required we opted for 135mm low profile downlights. 9w each and with a high CRI so the customer can work on jewellery and photography.
We fitted a new ring main, 6 downlights and an intelligent radiator with Bluetooth control to keep it nice and toasty in the coming months.

The previous builder of the extension decided to pack up the steel with a bit of plasterboard. Terrible work. Any water leak and the steel would move. Good job the current builders decided to take a look.

This is why you need a rewire! 2.5mm T&E extended to the socket using a bit of 1mm.
