Full steam ahead in Claydon!

What a difference a week makes. The old conservatory is gone, and we’re already getting stuck into building a brand new single-storey rear extension. 💪

This one’s going to feature steel beams, an amazing new kitchen, and plenty of open-plan living space for our clients to enjoy.

A job we have just started on this beautiful house in Ufford.

List of works to be carried out:

• Renovate dormer on the front elevation.
• Create a timber frame lean to porch on the front elevation.
• Create a new dormer to the rear elevation.
• Fit a new and more practical staircase with more head space being provided by the new dormer.
• Block up existing door opening and replace with a new window to match existing.
• Take down the existing porch at the rear of the property.
• Create a small log store at the rear of the property
• Move a door opening inside the property.

Both dormers will be clad in the VL hardie plank, which we know will make this property look even more beautiful 😍

Wrap around extension for a family in need of some extra space. This extension will create so much more space in this house, including a much larger kitchen, extra bedroom, and a downstairs shower room without taking away the garage!

It involves complex groundwork and steelwork to keep the extra load of the existing garage. We will do this with as little impact on the owners, which is something we always try our best to achieve 👷‍♂️🛠.

Chartwell green fascia and soffits for this lovely rural bungalow renovation.
Getting ready to put a whole new roof on once we have completed the trusses on the rear extension.
We have started the tyvek and battening to the large side extension. This is very nearly ready to receive 4500 roof tiles 🫣💪.
