A nice update on this property.
Our client wanted this house refurbed & ready to move in to ASAP
When we arrived we found damp issues, suspended timber floors with lots of movement, leaking poorly installed roofing, leaking gutters, air ventillation bricks buried by a patio installed with minimal clearance from DPC, the list goes on. We quickly found solutions for our client. Our works here included;

- Raising air bricks
- Installing our go-to Aco drainage system
- Repairing damp on both the external render and internal walls
- Building new central support for the long floor joist spans
- Installing a new subfloor and finish flooring throughout
- Stripping and repairing the roofing and guttering
- Plastering and decorating the ground floor, - Reconfiguring electrics and running new heating for radiators
- Carpentry and joinery
- Installing a new kitchen and bathroom
