Our team were over in Hereford this month for the install of this incredible air source heat pump system - the Aerona 15.5kw R290.

Built for bigger homes that need some serious heating power, the Aerona can operate in temperatures as low as -25°c, so this homeowner is well prepared for when the cold snap of English winter finally arrives. ❄️

But you might be surprised to know that the Aerona is Quiet Mark accredited, producing a sound pressure level of just 41.9db(A) at one metre - that's around the sound levels you'd experience in a quiet library! 🫢

This newer generation Grant system is big on performance. Not on noise.

We talk about aftercare a lot, because for us, it's one of the most important parts of an install.

When Christopher had solar and battery storage fitted on his Bristol home, everything went smoothly, until a small hum from the inverter caught his attention. Our team traced it back to wall resonance, confirmed the inverter itself was working perfectly, and came back out to remount it on rubber bushes. Problem solved. ✅

It's a small thing, but it's exactly the kind of thing that matters, because a good install includes what we do after everything's been switched on for a little while, not just on the day.
