We’re proud to announce that MLK Joinery & Building are officially sponsoring Blackpool BMX Club 🧡🖤

BMX is something close to home for us as both myself and my son race for the club, and now my daughter has recently started her BMX journey as well. Seeing the kids progress, build confidence and enjoy the sport is what it’s all about.

I’m 42, my son is 10 and my daughter is 5, which just shows BMX really is for everyone. No matter your age or ability, anyone can get involved to just ride the track or race at local and national events.

As well as riding for the club, we also help with track maintenance on a voluntary basis to help keep the track running and looking its best for everyone. A huge amount of work goes on behind the scenes to keep clubs like this going, and it simply wouldn’t happen without volunteers and sponsors supporting it.

We’re always looking for more volunteers and local businesses who may be interested in helping support the club going forward, whether that’s through sponsorship, helping at events, maintenance days or simply giving up a bit of time to help out.

Blackpool BMX Club has a fantastic atmosphere with dedicated riders, coaches and families all supporting each other week in, week out, and we’re proud to be part of it.

Good luck to all the riders this season — from the club races through to the regionals and nationals. Ride your own race and enjoy every minute 👊

• Traditional & flat roofing (cut roofs, GRP, etc.)

• First & second fix joinery
• Kitchen installations
