👋Hi there homeowners.

I hope you're all having a good day. 😀

I wanted to share with you a little bit about why I started my group - UK Home Extension Community - and what my mission is with regards to helping homeowners of all means to make the most out of their homes. 🏡😀🏡

I started my Facebook group - UK Home Extension Community - not long after I started my own practice, following redundancy, in 2018.

I started it so that I could offer advice and guidance to homeowners wanting to extend their homes, or who are already extending their homes.

Since then I have been part of many other Facebook groups, where loads of people seek advice every day.

The quality of advice they receive, the accuracy of the advice they receive and the politeness of the responses they receive are dubious, and sometimes just plain offensive.

Some people can be so rude to others who are just seeking a little advice.

There are also many well meaning people out there, but unfortunately, because they are not professionals and don't work in this field, their advice is often incorrect.

In fact, much of the advice I see from other people who work in the industry is also incorrect.

Incorrect advice doesn't help anyone.

I understand the desire to save money and this is one of the reasons why people ask for advice inside free Facebook groups, but incorrect advice is useless.

Money shouldn't be a barrier to creating the home you deserve.
When I was younger we didn't have a lot, so I get the need to be frugal.

My Mum was a single mother working part time to pay the mortgage and support me and my brother - things were tough.

When I went to uni to study architecture I had to rely on student loans and had to work to support myself - unlike many of the other students on my course.

I often went without much sleep as uni work & paid work took up most of my time.

But I powered through and completed my studies, with the support of some amazing family members & friends - without who I probably wouldn't have got through it all.

I know how hard it is to have little money, and I don't think that should mean people miss out on professional help to create their dream homes.

Therefore -

My mission is to bring professional advice to homeowners at different levels and different price points to allow everyone the chance to access professional advice, support and guidance throughout their extension projects.

This is why I created CK Architecture Academy the online training arm of my business which has some online courses to assist homeowners at a much lower price point than employing 1:1 professional services because I don't believe that architecture should only be for the wealthy.

And it's why I'm bringing you a low cost, high value program in January next year -

The D.R.E.A.M UK Home Extension Support Network

To give you low cost access to a range of professionals to assist you with your home extension project.

You will have a dedicated Facebook group to ask questions, share your journey and get support & guidance.

There will be multiple drop in Q&A and design sessions per week.
Where you'll be able to ask me anything related to your project and where we can work through your designs to make the very best of your home extension.

There will also be downloadable guides etc to help you through your project.

And a directory of professionals, recommended by the members of this program, for you to consider in your project if you're looking for a professional to hire to help you with your project.

The investment from you would be less than the cost of paying for 2 hours of my time per month!

This is unbelievable value!

At an affordable price.

The waitlist is now live!

With 25% discount off your first month or more when you sign up after joining the waitlist (depending on whether you sign up for one month or you pay for 3, 6 or 12 months in advance)
