We were brought in to complete the remaining work required throughout the property.

The work included preparing walls for plastering, removing damaged sections and an existing fireplace, and re boarding various areas where needed. We also carried out sand and cement work, repaired blown and damaged walls, and completed all necessary patching and preparation.

Once the walls were fully prepared, everything was skimmed to leave a smooth finish, ready for painting and decorating.

A big transformation on this one.

The old, worn out render was completely stripped back before we started. As the original stonework was uneven, we applied multiple coats to straighten everything up and create a smooth, level finish.

The whole property was then meshed and beaded for added strength, while the stone heads and window sills were finished in a stone coloured render to keep them standing out.

To finish it off, we applied a silicone texture finish in the customer’s chosen colour, giving the property a fresh new look that’s built to last.

A lot of preparation went into this one, but the end result speaks for itself.
