Another heritage project completed in Waddington Clitheroe ✔️

Our team have installed and welded new lead guttering with T-pren plus expansion joints to ensure long-term performance and authenticity. To maintain full water tightness, the new guttering was also seamlessly welded to the neighbouring property’s system—protecting both homes while preserving the traditional character of the buildings.

Thanks to Jamie Johnson for braving the weather to get this job complete.

We will be closed from the 22nd Dec 2022 for Christmas and New Year, returning on the 3rd of Jan 2023.

On behalf of the team I would like to wish all of my clients, staff, friends a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Our team will be taking a well deserved break and will be returning ready for 2023.

Another project recently completed by our specialist team. On this one the customer asked us to remove the old worn out Double Roman tiles and replace with new Marley Ludlow Major concrete tiles in a smooth anthracite grey colour.

The customer also asked to remove the old rooflines and replace them with new white UPVC fascias, soffits. We also replaced the old plastic gutters with new Aluminium seamless gutters.

With us you only have the one company to deal with, we organise everything from the scaffold, the skips, joinery works, roofing works right down to giving your driveways a sweep once the scaffold is down!

Another project recently completed by one of our great teams, the client asked us to remove the old worn out Spanish slates and replace with new Russell Galloway concrete tiles in Grey colour. New velux windows with new flashing kits.The client also asked for new lead around the base of the chimney stack and replace the old rooflines with new black UPVC fascias, soffits.The gutters we used a aluminium seamless gutter with internal fixing brackets.

Fantastic effort by the team this week completing 3 jobs also developing a 4th job.

Another full roof replacement carried out using Redland double roman tiles 👌👌👌👌

Really looking forward to our next projects on a grade 2 listed building in Bolton By Bowland and after that a big roof on Ribblesdale Wanderers cricket club in Clitheroe.
