Doing some extra details on it in the new few weeks decking inside roof inside and some trims to take away the rough edges.

Was worse than expected after we had took the old boards off so had to renew the joists as well.

Got it done by mid afternoon

Well well we are glad that one is over with.

This demoss job had it in for us here at ODR Property Maintenance

We like to keep it traditional and do things the proper way.
No power washing here just a good old scraper and wire brush.
Took longer than expected but the customers are over the moon with there roof the way it's been cleaned.

Today at ODR Property Maintenance We started demossing this lovely big bungalow the proper way. Wire brush and a scrapper cut out to the tiles profile along with some sweat and bloody knuckles.
Managed to get the full front completed. Back next week to start demossing the back which is 10x worse than the front was due to overhanging trees
