Just a quick note to everyone regarding calls and messages.

We started a bathroom project yesterday, so we’re extremely busy on the job getting everything prepared and underway.

I apologise if I’ve missed any calls or haven’t managed to get back to messages yet. We’re only a small company, and it’s myself who is out on the tools while also trying to answer the phone and keep on top of messages.

I really appreciate a little bit of patience and leeway while we get through this busy period. I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I get a minute.

Don’t always go for the cheapest quote 👇

This is why it’s important to do your homework before choosing someone to carry out work in your home.

We were called out to a wet room that had previously been fitted incorrectly. The original wet room floor had never been taken up, a shower tray had been fitted over the top, and the waste had been connected into the existing pipework incorrectly.

The customer was having problems with water coming back up through the drain.

The rest of the job was unfortunately just as bad — the floor had been packed out with pieces of flooring to try and level it because the original wet room floor had been left underneath.

A complete shambles that needed putting right.

Our advice is simple: don’t just go with the cheapest quote. Do your homework.

✅ Check Google reviews
✅ Look at previous work
✅ Make sure the company is established
✅ Check they have a proper business presence
✅ Ask what is actually included in the quote

Sometimes saving a few hundred pounds at the start can end up costing thousands to put right later.

If you’re not actually looking to use us, please don’t send your details through just for the sake of it.

We get the enquiry, take the time to call or message, and then… nothing. 🤷🏽‍♂️

We are not perfect someone we miss the call or forget to message back as i am only human 1 man doing it all.

If you’re after the cheapest price going, that’s absolutely fine — there’s always Marketplace and wee Jimmy the multi-trade guy. 😂

But if you’re genuinely looking for a professional job, give us a shout. We’ll happily come out, discuss what you need and give you a proper price.
