This was a chimney in urgent need of some attention. The client wanted the render done first before other works completed at later stage as the roof is the old fashioned just tiles and plain tiles, due to age the tiles have become porous and brittle along with battens, the client has had options to resolve this and atm is not in the right situation to go for a full re roof with new membrane and batten and tile so we have installed new soakers to the chimney area and installed new lead work to the front and back aprons and the sides, then rendered the client side of the chimney and later on wants to go for the full re roof.
