Customer had two different engineers out couldn’t figure out why system was constantly sitting at 3 bar. Expansion vessel replaced twice and failed twice.

Heat exchanger had actually split internally causing the cold mains to constantly fill the heating system.

Removed boiler to replace expansion vessel & install new heat exchanger.

Pressure now holding and regulating at 1 bar 🙏

First full week back in work after a well deserved week away. Starting off with a new boiler install followed by a lot of servicing this week, getting boilers ready for the winter months. Managed to squeeze a few call outs in as well split flexible hoses & leaky taps.
