Bit of a job this!….. long term tenants had trashed an apartment, the landlord was less than impressed. Five days to treat serious mould, paint six rooms back from the plaster, shower screen, bath panel and new skirting in the bathroom, new smoke alarms, batons and curtain poles then install a new kitchen floor and refix the work surfaces that had been ‘re-engineered’……..
