As Spring turns to Summer, we start lifting the perennial wallflowers and changeover to the summer begonias with their long flowering period until the autumn’s frosts.
We’ve continued with the colour red this year using solenia red as a change from the usual dragon wing mega watt red.
These solenia are bushier than the dragon wing variety we usually use and flower continuously

Gardens all set for a busy weekend of today and the tomorrow.
Fine lawns all manicured, the in full bloom, erysimum orange vibe (perennial wallflowers) in scented bloom too.

With being a friend of and sponsoring as a Bronze Perennial Partner through , a visit to the for one of their Snowdrop Open Days with over 100 varieties on display.
Along with several winter scented and a stunning specimen of to see on the walk round these tranquil and enchanting gardens on the banks of the River Lark.

Sunday visit to the reserve for their last of the season snowdrop open day.
Huge swathes of snowdrops here, some of the most impressive l’ve seen in the woodlands.
The nature reserve is a 25 acre mosaic of habitats next to the river stour with education and conservation to the fore.
Wonderful peaceful riverside and woodland walk, with early wildflowers, birdsong and pond-dipping all happening.

Wonderful scents from the as you wander through the grounds with and now in full bloom with the cornus midwinter fire giving a last glimpse of colour pre pruning down

A sourcing visit with on route from seeing clients in London this week to
A specialist Italian importer for specimen topiary, hedging, trees, large shrubs and climbers amongst others.
A company we’ve sourced from for many years

Seeing during this visit, some superb Pinus half standards, cryptomeria, ilex crenata topiary and cornus that caught the eye for future incoming projects
