Sunkissed Tanning and Barbers

We previously completed a change of use application to include alterations to the internal layout at this shop in Clacton On Sea, the unit was previously a shop and required planning permission to be used as a tanning salon and barbers. We also assisted the clients with their building regulations drawings and application.

It was good to see the completed project today as well as discuss exciting future proposals with returning clients

As Regional Winners, we are now through to the LABC National Awards, where we will represent the region alongside some of the leading practices and professionals from across the country.

These awards recognise our commitment to professional collaboration, technical expertise and delivering high-quality residential and small commercial projects for our clients.

We had a busy month of celebrations last month!

We were invited to Suffolk Food Hall for the LABC regional awards ceremony by Babergh and Mid Suffolk Building Control to collect the highly commended award for Browns Barn.

Andy and Molly also had the day out to attend Molly's Graduation at the Southbank Centre in London following the completion of her four year level 6 apprenticeship at London South Bank University to obtain her bachelors degree.

It's great to take a moment to appreciate our achievements every now and then!

We recently obtained planning permission and building regulation approval for two commercial units. the site has just been cleared ready to start in the new year.

It will be good to see this project progress with it being so local to our office.

Residential Extensions & Refurbishment Design & Build

We have worked alongside Wright Ruffell Sturricks at this coastal bungalow to remove an existing Conservatory and replace with a modern glazed extension up to current standards to create a space which can be enjoyed throughout the year.
The scheme also included converting the garage to form an annex and extensive landscaping improvements. The customers are very pleased with the outcome ready for Christmas.
