This isn’t just a cheeseboard. It’s 25 years of Snowdonia Cheese Co, ready to devour 🎉

Each truckle tells a story. Black Bomber, the cheese that started it all back in 2001. Green Thunder, one of our first flavoured Cheddars. Truffle Trove (2020), Rock Star (2021), and Ruby Mist, whose recipe refresh in 2025 led to a Super Gold win at the World Cheese Awards. And, of course, there’s Purple Vale – our brand new Cheddar with balsamic caramelised red onion chutney and Giusti 3 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, launched to celebrate our quarter century.

What a spread. And what a journey it’s been. Here’s to the next 25 years 💜
