We’re delighted to confirm that Gateway 2 approval has been granted for Blocks D1 & D2 at Cyprus, Beckton 🏗️✅

This marks a huge milestone and reflects a fantastic team effort from everyone involved. The submission process was no small task, but through collaboration, persistence, and a lot of hard work, we successfully achieved approval 🙌

It’s been great to be part of the team working alongside Hill Group to deliver the information required for this submission 🤝

Progress continues at Blocks R1/R2 at our Marleigh site in Cambridge for Hill Partnerships. 🏗️

As we move into the final few months of the development, our electrical and wider M&E teams are focused on QA, testing, and commissioning, ensuring all systems are delivered safely and to the highest standard ahead of handover. ⚡🔧✅
