Dear customers

Solar Repair Services provide a vital service to you to keep your renewable energy systems generating. During these dire times we will continue to operate but with a very limited service until advises otherwise by the government.

All non-essential works like health checks will be delayed until further notice. Furthermore, if you are considered a vulnerable person we will also be unable to attend your system for the foreseeable future.

Contrary to belief, it is essential that at these times renewable energy systems are operating to help relieve the stress put on the national grid. Our National grid system is old and with most of the country now at home it is under pressure and strain like never before. Renewable energy is key to relieve this pressure, therefore to keep all of our lights on, we must work to keep your systems running.

We will perform works at properties where there is no risk of breaking social distances rules and where there is no chance of putting vulnerable people at risk. We will take all the necessary provisions to reduce any risk of catching or spreading this virus.

We are available via phone, email or Facebook messenger to provide as much remote assistance and advice as possible.

On 23/03/2020 the government announced their support package to help the self-employed people in the uk during this pandemic. The Chancellor announced on this day that only self-employed people who filed a tax return in 2019 (amongst other criteria) are eligible for this help.
