Superstructure complete and scaffolding down at our Mistley extension project.

The new roof ties seamlessly into the existing house, and the brickwork blends in perfectly — exactly how it should be. First fix electrics are now complete, keeping everything on track.

While we await the timber windows and patio doors being manufactured, we’re pushing ahead with the external works, including an extended paved area to keep the project moving forward for the client.

We’ve just had a rear mud flap fitted to our Ifor Williams LM126 trailer with our company branding, and the quality is spot on. It finishes the trailer off nicely and adds a clean, professional look on site.

Project Update: Our Mistley extension is progressing well! With substructure and drainage complete, we’re now moving on to the superstructure. We’ve gone the extra mile sourcing exact bricks and matching materials, ensuring it looks like part of the original house. The quality of work speaks for itself, and our client couldn’t be happier! Onward to the next phase!

Phase 2 Building Update

We’re pleased to share that Phase 2 at Bypass Nurseries is now nearing completion.

All M&E installations have been finalised, the internal fit-out is complete, and the external works have been wrapped up. The building has been fully snagged and cleaned, ready for final inspection.

A fantastic milestone as we move one step closer to handover.

Exciting News! We just completed the air test for our Bypass Nurseries Phase 2 building, and we achieved an outstanding result of 0.69! We needed to be below 8.0, so this performance is well above the standard. This excellent airtightness means better energy efficiency, lower energy costs, and improved comfort for everyone inside. Proud of the team’s hard work and dedication!
