Home Gym Conversion – Phase 2 Complete

Phase 2 is now complete, and what a transformation!

The internal fit-out has been fully completed, including new stud walls with full insulation to the floor, walls and ceiling, followed by boarding, plastering and decoration.

We installed new electrical power supplies throughout, along with feature hexagon LED lighting to give the gym a clean, modern finish.

The new bifold door has also been tinted with mirror film, creating a great feature while adding privacy and making the space feel even bigger.

To maximise the available space, we also fitted a new roller shutter door, allowing the required clearance while creating a small but practical storage area.

From the original garage to a fully finished, purpose-built home gym — the result is amazing.

Another extension complete.

This single-storey flat roof rear extension may be relatively small, but what a massive difference it makes to the house.

The new space provides a fantastic dining area and also allows for the kitchen to be extended as part of Phase 2 of the works.

Underfloor heating, tiled flooring, full decoration, second-fix electrics and second-fix carpentry — all completed and ready to enjoy.

The customer is absolutely over the moon with the quality of the finished work and the project management throughout, which is what we always aim for.

Great progress on this extension since our last update.

The superstructure is now complete, with the matching brickwork, soldier courses, and uPVC windows and doors carefully detailed to blend seamlessly with the existing house. The GRP flat roof is complete, giving a clean, modern finish while maintaining the property’s original character.

First fix electrics have now been completed, and we’re currently progressing with the external works before moving inside to begin transforming the space with the internal finishes.

It’s always satisfying to see a project reach the stage where the vision really starts to come together.

Quality workmanship, attention to detail, and making every extension look like it was always part of the original home are what we pride ourselves on.

Another project successfully finished, with the final Building Control inspection signed off today.

This relatively modest extension has been transformed into a bright, spacious living area thanks to the impressive high vaulted ceiling. The beautiful timber windows flood the room with natural light, while the design has been carefully integrated with the existing house so it looks as though it has always been there.

A fantastic result and another happy client. Huge thanks to everyone involved in bringing this project to life.

Home Gym Conversion – Phase 1 Complete

We’ve completed the first stage of this garage conversion into a home gym.

Removed the existing door. Opened up the wall. Built a new supporting block pier. Toothed out and replaced brickwork for a seamless finish. Installed a structural steel beam. Fitted a new bifold door.

A great transformation already, and we’re looking forward to the Phase 2 fit out.

Project Update

We’re well underway on our exciting project MILL RACE MOTO ™ , with the full team on site and making fantastic progress.

Works currently include electrics, fire and intruder systems, network infrastructure, CCTV, plumbing, air source heat pumps, external doors and shutters, kitchen extraction, and the full interior fit-out.

We’re incredibly proud of our team, whose dedication and workmanship are second to none. We’re also delighted to be playing a part in bringing this amazing project to life.

An exciting new automotive destination, artisan bakery, and café in the heart of Essex, opening this August.

Extension Progress Update

The extension is progressing nicely, with the substructure now complete, drainage installed, and the first lift of brickwork underway.

Superstructure complete and scaffolding down at our Mistley extension project.

The new roof ties seamlessly into the existing house, and the brickwork blends in perfectly — exactly how it should be. First fix electrics are now complete, keeping everything on track.

While we await the timber windows and patio doors being manufactured, we’re pushing ahead with the external works, including an extended paved area to keep the project moving forward for the client.
