The process. The progress. The outcome.

A lot of prep on this one, to say the least (good old new builds), But we got there in the end. Walls, ceiling & woodwork full sanded right back, especially the door as that was in very critical lighting and it was triggering my OCD to new heights 🫣😂. MDF edges on panelling blitzed back, all joins filled & internals caulked. Finally this new build has a clean flat finish it deserves 🙌🏼

Lovely old job.

Ceiling: - ultra matt (our go to)
Walls: - matched to cornforth white & worsted (feature colour)
Woodwork: as always the trustworthy otex akva & Helmi 30 combo 😍!

The importance of sealing your tape edges for a crispy tape peel 😍, and a whole lot less anxiety 😂. Sometimes it just the little details you appreciate.
