Good to see works now progressing on site following planning approval for this 7-unit residential development in Braintree.

Grow Design Studio is currently progressing the RIBA Stage 4 technical design package and coordinating the information required for construction as the development moves forward on site.

Projects of this nature require close coordination between planning, technical design, fire strategy, drainage, structural design and buildability considerations to ensure a smooth transition from approved concept through to construction.

Planning permission approved! Really pleased to have secured approval for this new 7-unit residential development in Braintree, Essex.

The scheme went through a detailed planning process and required careful coordination of layout design, tree constraints, highways access, parking and fire strategy before approval was achieved.
