Great work from the lads completing this re roof from start to finish in just 3 days. This roof was leaking all over the place and desperately needed a make over.

•stripped off the old tiles and batten
•installed new treated batten and breather membrane
•used terracotta Fortecrete pan8 double pan tiles
•a dry ridge and hip system for added ventilation
•bedded verges
•all 3 chimneys installed with lead flashing

Flat roof completed today 🤩

Another one in desperate need of our service. The felt, boarding and fascia had completed rotted away in so many areas of this roof and creating multiple leaks throughout.

•stripped off the existing felt, boarding and fascia.
•applied all new capped fascia.
•applied 18mm OSB boarding and arris rail
• All new torch on underlay and top coat to roof

⭐️ Flat roof completed today ⭐️

This roof was in an awful condition and had done it’s time , leaking and all the boards had sagged.

•stripped off old felt and boarding
•all new 18mm OSB board and Arris rail
•torch on underlay and top coat
•re cemented stones to parapet wall

A hard weekends graft! 2 valleys stripped out and replaced with dry GRP valley trays (no cement required). The old fascias soffits and guttering stripped off and replaced with white UPVC fascia and white guttering. A very happy customer and no more leaks. Thanks to Aston scaffolding for always sorting out the scaffold I need. 😎🏠
