One week to practical completion.

Another JK Group M&E contract in Belgravia, London is entering its final stages.

At this stage of the project, the plumbing and AC packages are over the line, with the focus now moving firmly towards FF&E and final integration.

Our team is currently on site setting up the house iPad with all relevant control and operational apps, while AV installation, TVs and automated window treatments are progressing well.

With the decorative lighting now arriving on site, we’re moving into the final phase of installation, testing and finishing touches.

From electrical and lighting through to plumbing, air conditioning, AV integration and controls - another complete M&E package delivered by JK Group.

One more nearly wrapped up.

EV charging is definitely on the rise.

Here are a few photos from some of the EV charging points we’ve installed over the last 8 weeks.

We’ve seen a big increase in EV charger enquiries recently, with another 4 chargers booked in over the next few weeks.

And sometimes, it’s a little more involved than simply installing the charger.

Depending on the existing electrical installation, we may need to upgrade or replace distribution boards, carry out additional electrical work, and make sure the property can safely handle the additional load.

Every installation is different, which is why we assess the existing electrical setup before getting started.

It’s great to see the continued growth in demand for EV charging, and we’re looking forward to keeping busy with more installations over the coming weeks.
