EV charging is definitely on the rise.

Here are a few photos from some of the EV charging points we’ve installed over the last 8 weeks.

We’ve seen a big increase in EV charger enquiries recently, with another 4 chargers booked in over the next few weeks.

And sometimes, it’s a little more involved than simply installing the charger.

Depending on the existing electrical installation, we may need to upgrade or replace distribution boards, carry out additional electrical work, and make sure the property can safely handle the additional load.

Every installation is different, which is why we assess the existing electrical setup before getting started.

It’s great to see the continued growth in demand for EV charging, and we’re looking forward to keeping busy with more installations over the coming weeks.

Belgravia, London -
We’re pleased to be approaching the final fix stage on another bespoke residential project

Site Progress – Mayfair

We’re continuing our containment installation at our Mayfair project, with every stage carefully planned to ensure a smooth and efficient first fix.

The installation includes galvanised tray and basket systems to support all wiring infrastructure, with PVC conduit drops installed within the walls and galvanised conduits utilised throughout the floors and external terraces.

Attention to detail at this stage lays the foundation for a high-quality electrical installation.

Another project in the heart of the city, now very close to practical completion.

Working alongside .interiors once again for a repeat London client, it’s been a pleasure helping deliver another fantastic apartment.

We’re now down to the finishing touches, with the decorative lighting still to be installed before completion. Looking forward to seeing the furniture in place and the space fully come to life.

M&E Fit-Out Progress Update | Chelsea, London

We’ve been a little quieter than usual on social media lately (aside from the golf days 🏌️‍♂️), but for good reason.

Our team is currently progressing three projects across London, all scheduled for handover within the next six weeks.

This particular project is a stunning townhouse in the heart of Chelsea, where we’ve been commissioned to deliver the complete M&E fit-out, including:

⚡ Electrical Design & Installation
Working alongside from concept through to completion. It’s been fantastic to see the lighting scheme come to life.

🎛️ Audio Visual Installation
Including a Lutron control system managing lighting and window treatments throughout the property, in collaboration with

❄️ Air Conditioning & Ventilation
Featuring concealed fan coil units, an MVHR system, and hidden inline extract fans to maintain comfort without compromising aesthetics.

🚿 Plumbing & Heating
A wet underfloor heating system throughout every floor, alongside some incredible bathroom installations.

We’re incredibly proud of the progress being made and can’t wait to share more of this beautiful project as we approach completion.

Currently underway in Belgravia, London - a full refurbishment project featuring a complete new electrical installation, including a new consumer unit and Lutron panel.

This stage highlights the groundwork behind a high-spec finish -careful planning, clean installation, and future-ready smart control systems.

Yesterday, we hit the Old Course at Burhill Golf Club ⛳️ Huge thanks to for putting together such a great day, all in support of the amazing
Set up in memory of Justin Edinburgh, they do incredible work raising awareness around cardiac arrest and help to provide defibrillators and life-saving first aid training.

We even managed to bring home the team prize 🏆
