Nice little tidy up on a bathroom for a client I’ve completed recently.

Room was almost unusable couldnt really move around with the basin, toilet and door getting in the way.

Swing the door to open outwards instead, got a better more compact basin and toilet unit with cupboard space and did away with the boxing behind.

Fresh lick of paint, new floor and new tiles all bring it back to a fresh spacious look.

Very impressed with the difference it made even though we kept the bath.

This is why you should have your systems cleaned. I’m flushing these through by running water through each radiator one at a time. And every one was as black as this.

Fixing toilets at 9am on a Saturday, savings dogs lives at 10am

All in a days work.

(For context someone’s dog escaped and was running around on the main road and roundabouts, ran in front of my van that I had to emergency stop) left my van roadside, ran after the puppy staff and managed to get it to come to me. Owners were actually a few streets away so luckily the dog didn’t get hit! Managed to drive it home back to its owners.

Another boiler completed this week. Ideal 30kw combi for a landlord rental. Honeywell controls. Plenty more room in the cupboard.
