I'm a fully qualified Carpenter with over 15 years experience in carpentry, Joinery, home improvements, renovations, bespoke works and new builds. Works undertaken include:
1st and 2nd fix carpentry:
Kitchens, extensions, roofing, door hanging, flooring, staircases, skirting and architrave fitting, shelving, built in wardrobes and cupboards, Stud work and partitions, fencing, repairs and adaptations, Bathroom vanity units, decking, pipe casings, fascia, soffit & gutter installations etc.

This job was completed to customers architect plans and conformed to current building regs.

This consisted of the structural beam & joists addition, tilting fillets, a base layer of ply, two layers of insulation to create the required warm roof section and a top layer and perimeter up stands of plywood to take the fibreglass layer and roof light and roof lantern to follow.

This customer had a really odd area to the side of their house and they wanted to make use of it as some kind of storage...

We added a perspex roof and new sides and a lockable door to the front to make good use of the area

We replaced the dated window stays and window fasteners with a modern brushed chrome alternative to subtly bring the windows back to life.

A prime example of ''no job too small'' this customer was worried that people could get into her garden after a section of fencing blew down in the recent winds.
The day I went to look at the job I re instated the old fencing section that had fallen as a temporary fix until I could return to replace the rotten section.
