A really nice circular pine dining table. The old waxed finish was tiring so we stripped and refinished the top using tough polyurethane Matt lacquers, and cleaned and refreshed the base. Great little job 🙂

We had the pleasure of working again with Nevelli Home Heating and Interiors of Hadleigh on this lovely refurbishment of an existing shower/W.C. room. After removing the old fittings we sanded, filled, stained and refinished the existing pine boards to a warm mid oak colour to better match the age and style of the property. The 'guys' then fitted the new bathroom giving a really great mixture of simplicity and elegance and in colour and unit choice. Lovely job to be involved in 🙏

Well AMC Woodfinishers had the pleasure of going 'global'. One of our clients flew us (and machines)! out to Guernsey on one of his jets to complete the floors on a loft conversion. The floors were a lovely pine board, the island was gorgeous and the flights fabulous! We have such fantastic clients 🙏

An unusual design with a teak 'herringbone' block bordered with an oak 'brick effect' pattern. Once it was sanded and finished with Matt lacquers it really shows off that gorgeous 3D effect of the herringbone pattern.... a great job to start 2024 with 😊

An oak engineered floor that just needed a good sand and 3 coats of a Junkers Matt lacquer. We did our thing 👌🏻

Just a really lovely solid oak block floor, originally laid in the more unusual 'brick effect' pattern. A few loose blocks refitted, a full sand and 3 coats of a matt lacquer, finishing with subtle white scotia beading fitted to conceal the gap between skirting and floor......another satisfying job completed. 🙏

A really nice Georgian mahogany wine cooler. There were a few repairs to sort, refixing those gorgeous brass 'swan neck' handles and regluing the top. The top was then carefully stripped and repolished using a durable heat resisting shellac pale polishes, applied using traditional techniques, and was finished with fine pumice powders and beeswaxes. The base has lovely patina so was simply washed with a mild acetic acid and re waxed. Thoroughly enjoyable little job 👌🏻

The client had purchased some reclaimed teak mosaic panels and wanted them fitted in a small office extension to match several other rooms in the property. The adhesive was the traditional 'bitumen', and the panels were 'dry run' before 'diving in' with the glue! Once fitted and allowed to cure the floor was sanded and lacquered. Really neat and satisfying project.
