What a day! Despite the weather doing its absolute best to test everyone's waterproofs, the rain couldn’t dampen the spirits at our Peterborough Golf Day. It absolutely chucked it down from start to finish, but that didn’t stop a fantastic day of golf, laughter, networking, and fundraising for the incredible Sue Ryder charity.

A huge thank you to all our customers, suppliers, reps and supporters who turned up, braved the conditions, and helped make the day such a success. Your support is hugely appreciated and makes a real difference.

Plumbcity Ipswich is part of one of the UK’s largest independent networks of plumbing and heating merchants, with over 320 sites nationwide. Our branches are run by people who truly understand their customers and local markets, giving them the autonomy to make a real impact.

We’re now looking for a creative and customer-focused Showroom Consultant to join our Ipswich team. Whether you have experience in bathrooms, kitchens, interiors, or retail sales, this is a great opportunity to develop your design and customer service skills within a growing business.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 30-minute lunch break, plus every other Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00. We’re seeking someone who is flexible, motivated, and sales-driven, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. While experience is preferred, it’s not essential, as the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

In return, we offer a competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience), along with great rewards and bonus opportunities for hitting targets. You’ll also be provided with a uniform and PPE.

🌧️⛳ Plumbcity Peterborough Golf Day – Rain Hasn't Stopped Play! ⛳🌧️

The Plumbcity Peterborough Golf Day is in full swing, whatever the weather! It's been a wet and drizzly day, but that hasn't stopped the golf balls flying or the smiles shining.

As plumbers, we're used to working in all kinds of water, so a little rain isn't going to stop us enjoying a great day on the course. The spirits are high, the competition is friendly, and everyone is having a fantastic time despite the conditions.

A huge thank you to all our customers, suppliers and supporters who have turned up today and helped make the event such a great success. Your support is greatly appreciated and is helping us raise valuable funds for the wonderful charity Sue Ryder, while enjoying a fantastic day of golf together.
