With our continued growth and exciting new projects secured, Pro Tech is expanding our team!

We are currently seeking experienced Electricians to join us on new build developments across Essex and Suffolk.

What we’re looking for in the ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in 1st fix, 2nd fix, and final installations on new build properties
• Valid ECS or CSCS card
• Level 3 qualification (C&G or equivalent)
• experience with gas and ashp heating systems
• Own van and own tools (essential)
• Experience in testing & inspection (advantageous but not essential)

• Weekly or Fortnightly pay
• Price work available for those who prefer it

Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator
Location: stanway, colchester
Job Type: part time 20-25 hours a week (can be based around school hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and professionally while delivering an excellent overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, and email
• Manage and resolve customer care issues in a timely and empathetic manner
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement
• Support order processing, scheduling, or service delivery where required
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution

Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Desirable Skills
• Experience with Microsoft office systems
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
