Excellent progress continues at the Cavalry Barracks development for Newell Homes.

With the recent sunshine helping push forward the external painting works, the site is really starting to take shape. Internally, the first three plots have now entered the decoration stage — an exciting milestone as we move closer to seeing the first completed homes handed over.

A huge amount of hard work continues across the site, and it’s great to see the development evolving week by week. Looking forward to seeing the first homes fully finished in the near future.

We’re delighted to announce that we have secured our first contract with RG Carter.

The project involves the construction of a new SEN block at Saffron Walden High School, and we’re proud to be playing a part in delivering such an important educational facility.

Our scope of works will include internal decorations throughout, incorporating coloured woodwork and feature walls to help create a vibrant, engaging, and welcoming environment for students and staff alike.

We’re looking forward to working alongside the team at RG Carter and contributing to a project that will have a lasting positive impact on the school community.

Bellway Homes Springstead Village – Phases 2, 3 & 5 compound decoration complete ✅

A bit of a throwback project for us. Compound decoration isn’t something we do as often these days, but we were asked by Bellway to support their ongoing Springstead Village development—and it’s been great to be part of it.

The scope covered:
• 40 external containers
• 500+ linear metres of post and rail safety walkway fencing
• Scaffold racks, lintel storage racks, and internal storage systems
• Walkway supports and more

This type of work is actually where my decorating career began—painting containers and site hoarding—so seeing these compounds come together still brings a lot of satisfaction.

It might not be the finishing touches on a new home, but the compound is the hub of any site. It’s where projects start, operate from, and stay organised throughout—so getting it right from day one really matters.

We’re pleased to announce that we have secured a new project on Westbury Drive, Brentwood, for our new client, Haymore.

This development will see the construction of two high-quality four-bedroom homes in a prime location, contributing to the area’s continued growth.

We’re proud to have secured the refurbishment of the former ICE Nightclub in Colchester for our new client, Lanswood Developments.

The project will see the building transformed into 5 new flats, bringing fresh life back to the site.

Proud to have completed works at Park Lane Business Centre for our long-standing client Ponder Construction.

This project involved three new buildings, creating six modern office spaces. Our team carried out full internal and external decoration, including cladding, fascia and soffits externally, along with walls, ceilings, trims, doors, and stained beams internally.
