Recently completed exterior silicone render on this beautiful cottage and what a transformation it’s been.

Once we removed the old render, we uncovered a lot more preparation work than first expected. Rather than cutting corners, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly repaired and prepared before applying the new system.

The customer chose a fantastic colour that really brings the cottage to life and shows it off at its absolute best. We’re really pleased with how this one turned out 👌

White Venetian stairwell refresh 🤍

This one had a few damaged areas from everyday use, so we repaired, re-applied and blended the finish back to its original look.

Before ➜ During ➜ After | Complete Render Transformation

This project is a perfect example of why failed render should never be ignored.

The original sand & cement render had been poorly applied and, over time, water ingress caused extensive damage behind the scenes. Once we opened it up, we uncovered multiple issues, including rotten timber battens and compromised backing.

What we did:
✔️ Fully removed the failed sand & cement render
✔️ Replaced all rotten battens and defective timber
✔️ Installed new construction boards
✔️ Finished with a modern silicone render system in a crisp white finish

The result is a breathable, flexible, water-repellent façade that not only looks fantastic but is built to last.

This transformation has completely refreshed the property and, most importantly, eliminated the underlying problems caused by years of trapped moisture.

The customer is over the moon with the final result 🙌
