Reports of excessive steam coming out dishwasher & glasses too hot to handle. A few issues detected, where a previously the safety overheat had been by passed a the temp thermostat had become faulty. Replaced parts was fitted & making pitting the unit back into safe working order.

oil boiler call-out in Essex over weekend. Got there within the hour & quickly identified the boiler had gone out on lockout. Followed the fault rectification procedure & got the boiler working in no time. The client was extremely happy as had guests visiting that weekend.

Call-out to Beckenham (SE London) for radiators not heating, cold patches on a wet UFH system and a boiler service. Radiator issues resolved, UFH serviced for the first time to restore even warmth, and a pressure fault was traced to a faulty expansion vessel. Temporary fix applied - heating and hot water left working while the replacement part is on order.

🔥 Urgent Boiler Repair in Braintree

We responded to an emergency call from a local clinic after a Biasi gas boiler lost all heating and hot water. Our engineer quickly identified a low system pressure issue, safely re-pressurised the boiler, and carried out full checks to confirm everything was working correctly.
