With no sign of droppings, we suspected rats due to the size of the hole found nearby but wanted to confirm.

Deployed the remote monitoring camera, successfully identified Norway Rat aka Common Rat or Brown Rat.

Getting a lot of squirrel calls at the moment.

Grey squirrels are not native to the UK and have caused the near extinction of the native red squirrel.

The biggest problem with squirrels is when they find their way onto buildings, sheds, garages, lofts etc.

They can cause a lot of damage in a very short space of time!

They can also damage gardens, plants, trees etc.

Squirrels also have a tendency to chew electrical wiring which is a massive fire risk!

House mice have been causing havoc and a lot of damage in an outbuilding.

They've had no results from over the counter Rodenticide, which isn't surprising..

The mice also weren't reacting to traps.

That's when the customer called in the professionals.
