Lounge completed in Colchester. Removed old ceiling & replaced with new boards. Took off blown areas on the walls & repaired with bonding & reinforced mesh. Then a fresh skim through out. Room got dark so final pictures ain’t the best 😩

Ceiling overboard and skim carried out in our home town of west mersea.client wanted a new flat ceiling with no coving.plastic protection down to protect flooringremoved coving re boarded the ceilingscrimmed & meshed the joints for extras strength1900x800 boards used , which made it difficult to stagger the joints.this is why the mesh was used.finished plaster applied along with fibres in the mix.

Bed ceiling made good and re skimmed .ceiling was in a really bad state,including the new board meeting the original ceiling.
All primed with sbr/pva mix.
Thistle bonding to create the curves.
Scrim tape used through out.
Fibres and thistle multi finish to provide the final finish.

Kitchen re skim in Manningtree.
We studded and over boarded the fireplace.
Ceiling re screwed to help strengthen.
Applied new beading throughout.
Sbr/pva used to prime the walls.
Fibres used in the finish plaster along with fibre mesh to help prevent cracking.
Thistle bonding coat to fill all the chases.
Thistle multi finish for the finished plaster.
All areas wasn’t in the best of states, walls very uneven & painted in a horrible silky paint.
