The response to the drumlin landscape, glacial flow and exposure reflects the level of care and understanding we look for when working with architects, particularly a clear grasp of what sits beneath the building as much as what is seen above ground.

Blinkbonny is a contemporary hillside house in the Scottish Borders, designed by and delivered by us.

The form responds to the surrounding drumlin landscape and frames uninterrupted views, with geometry also informed by the client’s racing motorbike, which becomes a central focal point within the home.
