It’s that time of year when the temperature is dropping and we’re starting to feel it! ❄️

So this client decided to beat the cold weather by swapping out his old heating controls for this google nest smart thermostat and hub! The heating system can now be controlled by either the wall stat or moblie app! ♨️

So whether he’s forgot to turn the heating off or wants the house nice and toasty for when he gets home from work, he can easily jump on the app and turn the heating off or on, anytime anywhere! ⚡️

This was a recent kitchen upgrade for my sister from white plastic to black metal screwless accessories. I think it really makes the kitchen pop against the white tiles and black grout.

I also fitted black downlighters with cool white lamps to the landing, bathroom and en-suite giving these spaces a much more modern and crisp feel over the standard pendant and battenholders I replaced.

Due to return in December to fit a shaver socket in the en-suite, downlights to the hallway and kitchen and a remote controlled solar flood light for the garden ⚡️💡
