• full strip out, and walls replaced with fresh plasterboard
• Full re-tile
• Walk-in shower installation

Thought I’d drop a post on the page to let you know what I’ve been up to these last 7 months.

Well firstly I have been incredibly busy with bathroom installations, heating system upgrades (gas and oil) and servicing boilers (gas and oil)

🚨 Boiler Emergency 🚨

Called out to a returning customer who had no heating or hot water. After some investigation there was insufficient oil flow to the boiler, to which the customer then told me that there oil monitor was giving them false readings on the amount the oil they had in the tank.

Had to strip and clean the oil filter off the tank as there was only a trickle of oil flowing. I then blew out the line so it was clear of debris, after putting all back together, and the line now having a stronger flow of oil, the oil pump motor had seized due to the sediment in the oil line, I replaced the oil pump, and set up to manufacturers regs, and checked the Flue Gas analysis to check it was all burning correctly.

**Advice - anyone who has oil as there heat source please don’t let your oil run out, because it could be a costly repair**
