Mitsubishi air source heat pump and cylinder commissioned , tested and all up and running♻️

Both appliances sized for the heat load and demand that the property needs, giving the customer an efficient source of heat at a lower running cost🔥

Full first fix finished on this new three bed that we are currently working on🛠️

Underfloor heating downstairs with radiators upstairs which will be running off a Mitsubishi air - source heat pump with a 170litre cylinder located upstairs in the airing cupboard🔥

First boiler swap of the year replacing an old Vaillant with a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30i System boiler

New boiler fitted with additional flue plume kit to meet clearances and also a magnetic filter
