Finally braved the heat to finish tiling and grouting this today. Conservatory and boot room with a recessed tiled drain cover.

Well at least I know the self leveller will have dried I put down yesterday in the conservatory I’ve got tile 🥵

A large living room was transformed to create a versatile home office space. The room was partitioned, with twin pocket doors installed to provide maximum flexibility, allowing the space to be opened up or closed off as required.

A new opening was formed through the existing blockwork wall, and the original flat ceiling was removed to create a striking vaulted ceiling. This uncovered a section of the original stone wall so this has been kept as a feature and will be subtly lit. Two Velux roof windows were installed, requiring alterations to the existing roof structure and the roof to be re-insulated in accordance with current Building Regulations.

The radiator was relocated, with all associated plumbing modifications carried out by Ben Ryland. The electrical installation and reconfiguration of the room were completed by Breeze Electrical Solutions

Client to decorate before second fix electrics and fitting of doors - looking forward to see the striking end product.

🔥☀️ HEATWAVE SPECIAL ☀️🔥

They say this week is going to feel like the hottest part of the summer… so naturally the schedule decided this was the perfect time to install a Velux roof light on a roof covered in black slates. 😂

38°C air temperature + black slate roof = basically a free trip to the sun ☀️🚀

Renovating a kitchen and the customer wanted the original brickwork on display. After we had it sandblasted to remove the paint we found two areas where some rather crude repairs had been done….. so I tapped into my artistic side and sculpted some bricks
