Everybody suddenly remembers their garden exists when the temperature goes above 25 degrees.
We’ve had a lot of conversations recently that start with:
“We were thinking about getting this sorted at some point…”
Then the sun comes out for three days straight and suddenly the patio, driveway, or garden project moves up the list very quickly.
Truth is, this kind of weather is ideal for getting groundwork done properly — dry conditions make excavation, prep, compaction, and surfacing far more straightforward than trying to battle through another wet Gloucestershire week.
If you’re planning:
- a new driveway
- patio area
- garden regrade
- drainage improvements
- or general groundworks
…now’s probably the time to start the conversation before everyone remembers at once.
