As many of you already know, we are heartbroken to share that our much-loved brother, friend and colleague Harry has sadly passed away.

Harry had been with C&R Groundworks from the very beginning. From the day we started the company, he was by our side. C&R simply wouldn’t be what it is today without him. He wasn’t just an employee,he was family, and he played a huge part in building this business into what it has become.

His hard work, loyalty, humour and friendship left a mark on everyone who knew him. He was the heart and soul of the firm, and his loss has left a space that can never be filled.

The yard, the jobs and the laughs just won’t be the same without him.

Our thoughts, love and deepest condolences are with Harry’s family, friends and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him during this incredibly difficult time.

Rest easy, mate. Thank you for everything you’ve done for C&R and for all of us. You will always be part of this company, and you will never be forgotten. 🧡🖤

Massive thanks to AccXel Construction School and JCB for the invite and hospitality. It was a brilliant opportunity to see behind the scenes and understand the level of engineering, innovation and detail that goes into every machine.

A great experience for our apprentice to witness it first-hand — seeing where the industry can take you and the pathways available through education and training.
