This could have been extremely dangerous , we found a live gas pipe which had pierced this customer’s main sewer line into his home on the main road . We reported this to the main Gas supplier.
This is why we always check with cctv to see what possibly was causing the issue.

We have been so busy these days, here is one of two smoke test done today, this one is a new build. Customer could smell a 👃 foul smell constantly. Plumber had been multiple times but couldn’t solve the issue, so we were called. Luckily for the customer they used the right company

Lovely little drain repaired this afternoon with our no dig repair system. As you can see there was an open joint pipe, this was causing problems with toilet blockage, so this now will let any waste flow nicely downstream now
