Due to the high number of recent new contracts won, we are looking to recruit an Experienced Technician with a minimum of 2 years experience. The successful candidate will be competent in the installation and servicing of Fire and Security Systems.
This role is 40 hours a week but additional hours may be required at the weekends and you will be covering call out on a rota basis.
Our offices are based in Coleraine, we cover all of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland so travel to sites from your home location will be required.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self motivated Fire and Security Engineer to join our team.

You will be the main person when it comes to achieving the servicing targets required in line with our NSI Gold/ISO accreditation which means that you will work one day a week from home to organise the servicing due and the remaining 4 days to attend the premises of our commercial and domestic customers and carry out the servicing.

This is a full time role and you can chose the days, times and area you work as long as they meet the needs of our customers. You must be able to manage your own time and working day to ensure the targets are met.

You will be given full support and guidance to arrange the servicing if this is something new to you. You must be an experienced and competent engineer in the servicing of Fire and Security Systems with knowledge of fault finding if required.

Our office is in Coleraine but you will be required to travel throughout NI and ROI to carry out the services.

We will provide you with a Company Van, Uniform, PPE, Laptop, Printer and Mobile Phone. We will ensure you are recompensed for working from home as per the current HMRC guidelines. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Successful applicants will be vetted to BS7858:2019 and PSA requirements.

You may occassionally be required to complete small installation works depending on the priorities but we will ensure you are supported to achieve the servicing targets.

We are looking for an Apprentice to join us at our Fire and Security Systems Company.
We are looking for a motivated and diligent person to work alongside one of our experienced engineers and learn everything there is to know about installing and maintaining fire and security systems.
Must have an understanding of the importance of customer service and attention to detail as these are skills we will look to develop in the successful applicant.
No experience necessary.
An interest in the Fire and Security industry required.
Driving Licence desirable but not essential.
Must be able to get to Derry / Londonderry early mornings to meet the engineer in order to travel to that days site.
This role is physically active and may involve working outside, working at heights and in small spaces.
We will fund Qualifications and Training courses for the right person.
