A few before and after photos from a balcony repair job we recently completed in Portstewart. The orginal balcony tiles were lifting due to water engressing via a poolry fitted door frame and a poorly completed threshold. The butyl roof was also letting water in which needed repaired.

A new opening was created in the block wall providing an additional access point to the garden ✅

A bespoke galvanised and powder coated gate was fabricated and fitted ✅

A new garden path was excavated and then finished using charcoal paving bricks ✅
