Teaming up again with On the level joinery and maintenance
One of our ongoing projects — this laundry room revamp is coming together nicely.

The work completed so far includes:

- Removal of solid non-structural walls to make room for custom units housing two washing machines and tumble dryers
- Boxing in the water cylinder
- Walls and ceiling plasterboarded, ready for skimming
- Plumbing relocated to suit the new layout
- First fix electrical work completed
- Kitchen and laundry room floors self-levelled

Looking forward to moving onto the second phase — painting and lighting.

One of last week’s jobs involved repairing the two bay window roof fascias on this beautiful older property.

The original timbers had definitely seen better days, although considering the age of the house, they had done well over the years.

The new fascias were specially made by a local joinery workshop to replicate the original design as closely as possible. They were manufactured in three sections for a perfect fit.

All joints were fully sealed, leaving them ready for another 100 years once the painting is completed.

Another kitchen project completed.

It was great to be involved in this one. The work carried out included:

- Removal of the dividing wall
- Full rewiring
- New ceiling installed
- Wall repairs completed
- Floor levelled
- New door and skirting boards fitted

Everything was left fully prepared and ready for the kitchen fitter and tiler.

Big progress on this kitchen renovation 🔨 with On the level joinery and maintenance helping out again.

✔️ Old kitchen removed
✔️ Floors lifted
✔️ Ceilings taken down for full rewiring
✔️ Two walls removed with supporting RSJ beams installed
✔️ Window opening widened for new sliding doors, with structural support in place
✔️ First fix plumbing and electrics underway

The space is already completely transformed—and we’re just getting started.

Friday’s job 🔨

Another 20x15 expandable office set up for a customer just outside Belfast.
Supplied by Henry Plant & Equipment Sales

Delivered and fully set up in one day.

The customer has chosen to install their own flooring, so all floor trims have been pre-cut and prepared for easy fitting.
