Last weeks sky provided the perfect backdrop for this roof survey in Wales 🌞

The roof was home to 19 gutters! We suggested that the gutters were to be coated using a Sika Liquid Membrane Coating, creating a waterproof layer to protect the current gutters.

We offered 2 options, a short term to coat the 3 that are currently causing the issues and a long term plan would be to coat all 19 gutters totalling 722 linear metres.

We will then leave that decision in the hands of out client.

The multiple roofs are suffering badly from corrosion, so we will providing them with a coating of Giromax Girosil® Roof RC and where necessary providing Cut Edge Corrosion Treatment along with coating the Gutter joints to help weatherproof the roof and gutter's.

A nice win for the team ⭐

We will be working with our clients down south and working with them to prevent the leaks they currently have. We will be-

Supply & Install new singular GRP Overlay Roofing Sheets over the top of the existing affected roof area equating to 1,239 m2

Supply & Install new class 3 corrugated profiled glass reinforced plastic translucent roof lights, to be fixed over the top of the existing roof lights.

Remove the exiting Gutter Liner and replace with a new Plygene Gutter Liner waterproofing membrane system. Approx. 110 metres.

We are looking forward to getting started on this one. Good work team!

We have completed a nice small job for our client in Birmingham. A great job carried out by the team.

We provided them with a Sika membrane. Sika is a resin based reinforced liquid waterproofing system. The client was unaware of the state of his roof until a survey was carried out.
