Finally got this new build over the finish line.

Full house package on this one consisting of:

-Underfloor heating to ground floor and main bathroom/dressing room.
-Hot, Cold & secondary hot return pipework.
-All soil and waste pipes.
-First and second fix of two bathroom suites.
-Kitchen sink and prep sink complete with Quooker tap.
-Hot and cold outside taps.
-6KW Mitsubishi Ecodan with a 210Litre pre plumbed cylinder.

Finished off with a biscuit hamper from Farmhouse Biscuits!

-Condemned 85kw Remeha removed along with the vented cylinder.

-Replaced with a Viessmann 200 piped with CCT and running off weather comp.

-A serious bit of kit making this system operate at optimum efficiency.

Finally got round to finishing this job.

Full new copper central heating system installed along with new hot, cold and secondary hot return.

Installation of a Viessmann 4 pipe boiler for priority hot water and 210litre unvented cylinder. Radiators sized for a flow temp of 55°.

System running like an absolute dream!

Intergas Xclusive which has been range rated to suit the demand of the property including setting the pump speed correctly for the index circuit.

All installers should be offering boilers that have a low modulation and can be range rated for maximum efficiency - if not you’re onto a loser from the beginning which will only cost you extra money in the long run.

Full heat loss carried out on the property for a 55° flow temperature to ensure the boiler condenses for optimum efficiency.

Lagging and wiring left to finish once the thermostats arrive.
