⭐️Service & repair administrator(to cover maternity leave for 12 months. This would be starting ideally Dec 24/Jan 25 for 12 months.

Foulds lifts are a family run lift business based in Colne. We are looking for someone to join our team to help cover maternity leave for our service & repair administrator.

Some of your main duties would be as follows:

💬 Answering the phones
💬 Scheduling jobs for our engineers
💬 Providing quotations to clients
💬 Ordering parts
💬 Completing & uploading paperwork for jobs
💬 Email correspondence & updates to clients
💬 Liaising with suppliers

We are looking for someone to be available 9-5 Monday to Thursday and 9-4.30 Fridays.
